Valdemar is a native of Fort Bend county and has lived in the Houston area all of his life. In 1993, Valdemar earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. After several years in the private sector, he obtained his Texas Teacher Certification and became a high school Social Studies teacher in Fort Bend. Valdemar earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2008. While attending Thurgood Marshall he appeared on the Dean's List, and received the CALI "Excellence for the Future" Award.
Valdemar Reyes joined our Houston office in 2009. He focuses his practice on Immigration and Nationality Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Valdemar continues to make his residence in Fort Bend County with his wife, Brandy; and their four children Gage, Colby, Eliana and Elias.
